As I settled in for the night last night, I began getting some relatively strong and regular contractions. I wasn't excited about the idea of starting labour at my most tired, so I tried the denial-and-relaxation approach. I didn't even check how close they were together. I'm thankful to say it was effective. Though they went on for 3 or 4 hours, I was able to rest and doze my way through.
I'm feeling pretty good today, but I'm going to go back to bed for a bit anyway and get a little more rest.
