Yes, I straight stitch sewed together two different flannels (right sides together). Left an opening so I could turn them inside out. Once they were right side out I zigzag stitched all the way around.
I got a squirt bottle which I will use for wipe solution to wet them as needed. There are a number of different recipes out there. I'll try something like: 2 cups water, 2 tbsp gentle baby wash, 2 tbsp olive oil. And maybe a few drops of essential oil like tea tree or lavender.
Thanks, I'll give this a try one day! Regarding the wipe solution, another one that I know of and is really good is grapefruit seed extract with water. You only need a few drops, and it's antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal (much stronger than tea tree). Hypoallergenic and has no odour. Right now I'm only using wet cloth, but I always put on a few drops of vit E oil with caproil afterwards and also put a little unfiltered apple cider vinegar in the bath water. But this routin was prompted by a few rashes and this seems to do the trick.
